1. Prices & Availability
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing, stock levels, and product specifications without notice. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy, but hey, typos happen. All images are for illustration only; actual products may vary.
2. Taxes & Duties
GST/HST/PST: Your shipping address will determine applicable federal and provincial taxes at checkout.
– International Orders: Duties, customs fees, and brokerage charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by destination.
3. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties (e.g., 1-year on laptops) apply per the original warranty card and must be handled through the manufacturer’s authorized service centers. The customer pre-pays shipping to service centers.
4. Software & Licensing
All software (OS, utilities, drivers) is sold “as-is.” There are no refunds or exchanges. You assume full risk for performance and compatibility. If a license is available for support and repair costs.
5. Orders if a license proves defective & Cancellations
– You can cancel or modify orders before shipment by contacting us at callback@querytel.com.
– Once shipped, cancellations incur return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
6. Returns & Exchanges
– Acceptable only on brand-new, factory-sealed items within 7 days of delivery.
– Used, opened, or altered products are non-returnable.
– To return: obtain an RMA number, ship prepaid and insured to:

– Returns without RMA or freight-collect shipments will be refused.
7. Shipping & Delivery
– Domestic (Canada): FedEx Ground or Canada Post. Estimated 2–7 business days.
– International: FedEx International or USPS. Duties/taxes due on delivery.
– We ship from warehouses across Canada. Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
8. Damage & Claims
– Inspect all packages upon arrival. Sign “damaged” on the delivery receipt for any visible issues.
– File transit damage claims with the carrier immediately. Brokerband is not liable for in-transit damage.
9. Limitation of Liability
– Brokerband (and suppliers) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, even if advised of the possibility.
– Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10. Payment Terms
– Payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Interact.
– Orders ship only after payment authorization.
– For business accounts, Net-15 terms may be available upon approved application.
11. Legal
– These T&Cs supersede all prior agreements.
– Force majeure events (strikes, supply shortages, acts of God) relieve us from timely performance.
– Disputes governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
